Cute house in Frisco. Close to plenty of shops and restaurants. We loved the fully fenced backyard (and so did our little pup). Would definitely stay at the Mint Julep house again in the future!

The Mint Julep house was exactly as the photos showed. It is a beautiful, cozy home in a secluded private neighborhood that’s walkable to lots of fun restaurants. The Frisco park is only 0.4 miles away and is beautiful with lots of nature trails…great if you’re there with your dog!
Dawn was very hospitable and a gracious hostess. I highly recommend the lovely Mint Julep house if you’re looking for a comfy, cozy, peaceful place to stay in Frisco. We enjoyed our stay there very much!

Home away from home! Great house that feels like home. Thoughtful decorations and furnishings. Kitchen and dinning room great for hosting family. Back porch is comfortable to sit at during cool evenings. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay while visiting family in the area.

Great house with tons of space for large family gathering. Lots of thoughtful amenities for families with young kids, including sports outside, children’s books to read, baby equipment, and bunk rooms for sleepovers. Great host, very responsive and helpful.

It's a beautiful home that is made perfect by the lake views. The home appears to have been recently updated and well maintained, with good quality beds, linens, and furniture. We loved kayaking the lake coves close by and the sunset form the kayaks was superb.
Lots of seating inside and out - a nice large fire pit and all the supplies for smores make a nice finish to our day.
If you are looking for a place to work while away, there is a private office in the master suite that grants privacy and amazing views.
We live close by and booked last minute because it was going to be a beauty weather weekend - great place for cousins, nieces, and nephews. We will definitely consider staying here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Dawn’s place! The house was beautiful, clean, and cozy, with an amazing view that made it even more special. Dawn thought of everything — from board games and kayaks to a fire pit and grill — which made our stay fun and relaxing. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy nature. Highly recommend staying here!
